18″ Burnt-Carbon Kamado Barbecue

The 18″ Burnt-Carbon Kamado Barbeque is a cool little kamado for couples and small families. Despite it’s size, it packs a punch – does everything that its bigger brothers do – but without the big footprint.

Its grilling area is a very impressive for its size – a 39cm stainless steel diameter grill gives you enough room to set up zonal cooking areas to reverse sear, direct heat, bake and all the different cooking methods that make kamados the wonderful barbecue tool that they are famous for. The 18′ kamado weighs in at 65kg, so even though its one of the smallest in our range, it’s about the weight of an average adult woman!

All of our kamados go through a 3 stage firing process of 1400°c, 1700°c and 1800°c which allows us to offer 25 year warranties on the ceramics against any material defects.

Barbecues that we do not have in stock can take up to 10 weeks to be fabricated in our special multi-firing process to ensure durability. Extra designs such as kintsugi or Arabic calligraphy may take around 3 weeks to complete and are made to order by our team of Dubai based artists.
