21″ Burnt-Carbon Kamado Barbecue

The 21″ Burnt-Carbon Kamado Barbeque is our Superior class kamado.

With a grilling area of 47 centimetres (or over 1.7 square metres), it has more than enough space for anything that you care to throw on it – except maybe the largest of briskets or the most humongous of turkeys. Perfect for most families, its the quintessential kamado that delivers every time.

All of our kamados go through a 3 stage firing process of 1400°c, 1700°c and 1800°c which allows us to offer 25 year warranties on the ceramics against any material defects.

Barbecues that we do not have in stock can take up to 10 weeks to be fabricated in our special multi-firing process to ensure durability. Extra designs such as kintsugi or Arabic calligraphy may take around 3 weeks to complete and are made to order by our team of Dubai based artists.
