23″ Burnt-Carbon Kamado Barbecue

The 23″ Burnt-Carbon Kamado Barbeque is our Dreadnought class kamado.

My personal favourite size of kamado, it will cater for any BBQ party you throw, cook low-n-slow for over 24 hours, its a great size and delivers stunning results.  You have to pair it with our superior grade large-bore charcoal that is used in many restaurants in Dubai to make it an extra special BBQ day. The grilling diameter of this wonderful machine is 50cm… that equates to almost 2 square metres of cooking area – enough to handle 2 full briskets without any issues.

This model has a smoker chute to add wood directly into the coals without needing to open the lid.

All of our kamados go through a 3 stage firing process of 1400°c, 1700°c and 1800°c which allows us to offer 25 year warranties on the ceramics against any material defects.

Barbecues that we do not have in stock can take up to 10 weeks to be fabricated in our special multi-firing process to ensure durability. Extra designs such as kintsugi or Arabic calligraphy may take around 3 weeks to complete and are made to order by our team of Dubai based artists.
