27″ Burnt-Carbon Kamado Barbecue

The 27″ Burnt-Carbon Kamado Barbeque is our Enterprise class kamado.

This is a big barbecue, probably more suited for commercial applications or feeding your street, it has a grill diameter of 59cm which equates to a grilling area of over 2.7 square metres – and it weighs in at a whopping 150kg! In real terms, it can cook 28 burgers at once, or 13 whole chickens.  The footprint is not actually much bigger than the 25″ kamado, the difference is mainly that the walls are much deeper leading to a more cavernous interior. This beast should really be paired with the divide and conquer so that you have more cooking platforms to utilise the space inside.

This will need about a 90cm wide access to your property for delivery.

This model has a smoker chute to add wood directly into the coals without needing to open the lid.

All of our kamados go through a 3 stage firing process of 1400°c, 1700°c and 1800°c which allows us to offer 25 year warranties on the ceramics against any material defects.

Barbecues that we do not have in stock can take up to 10 weeks to be fabricated in our special multi-firing process to ensure durability. Extra designs such as kintsugi or Arabic calligraphy may take around 3 weeks to complete and are made to order by our team of Dubai based artists.
